Joy Harper Ash had the honor of designing a special dress for 99 Jam's {MS} own Radio Personality Chelle B! The event was the 2023 NYE Sneaker Ball held at the Jackson Convention Complex.
Chelle B (@chellebmw) asked Joy to come up with a design that mixed 1920's vintage with Cinderella. A dress that screams Hollywood glamour, but also contained the shock factor of removing the overskirt to expose a short romper underneath. The design was used for the event & all video/flyer promos.
