Fashion Designer Joy Harper Ash had the honor of designing a wedding dress for National Recording Artist/Singer, Radio Personality, & Actress Darlene McCoy.
Darlene wore a gold embroidered & beaded fit & flare formal gown with dramatic ruffle top sleeves and a see-through gold train that flowed from the top ruffle.

Funny Story...
Joy had mistakenly left a small group of new illustrations on the table at the MHD Studio (Maria Harper Designs) and when Darlene came in for her 1st appointment, Maria showed them to her and she fell in love with the first design she saw! Needless to say, it was obviously meant for her... and boy did she SHINE like a star on her wedding day! STUNNING!
